Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another notification with tracking information once it has been shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak sales seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address. We strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping rates.

Free Shipping:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Destinations
Vertical Medicare currently ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your medical equipment securely to prevent damage during transit.
If you receive a damaged item: Please contact us immediately at info@verticalmedicare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit: Please contact us with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
